It's official: I'm out of Sue Grafton books.Thursday I finished "T" for Trespass.
It was the first Grafton in which we followed the story of the hero and the villain at the same time. All her other books are written as first-person memoirs, but Trespass also includes the parallel story of the bad guy as they pursue each other. Interesting. I liked it a lot.I've already read "U", and the one, "V" is just now out in hardback. So I guess I'll just have to read another author while I wait :)
With the Heart Breaker race early tomorrow, Brad and I have been tapering all week to give our legs a rest before we both attempt PRs (Brad's doing the half and I'm doing the 10K) We're headed to the expo to pick up our bibs but first wanted to get in a little pre-race shakeout to loosen up and get some blood flowing.
We did an easy 2 miles, keeping it comfortable on the legs and the lungs.
It felt good, and I think I'm ready :)
When I realized last summer that I had stood on the summit of 10 different peaks, I decided I needed to compile the pictures and links so I can keep track.I have a couple more climbs planned for this summer, so hopefully the list will keep growing and growing :)Check out my climb page!!
Look what Brad just signed up for:
I will not be joining him for the run, but I will be there to cheer him on! GO BRAD!!!!!!!!!Click HERE for more info about the Portland Marathon on Oct. 7, 2012 :)
