Pancake Wednesday!

To celebrate the last day before Spring Break (we have parent conferences Thursday and Friday), we decided to have a CE2 pancake breakfast. And because tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day, they had to be green :)
We had the stove and two griddles going to feed the hungry mob.
