A run and music in the park

Brad and I ran together to Cook Park for this evening's 30-minute outing.
It was supposed to be 30 minutes straight, but Mom's Tualatin Valley Community Band was playing in the park, so we took a couple minutes to stop and listen and visit with my grandparents.
I ended up going 3.23 miles in 30:03 minutes - a 9:18 average.

Now off to shower and bed :)
