Week 19: peak mileage

Last week was a big one on the training front!
My program's longest run is 20 miles, and I tackled killed that Friday :)

Because I'm nursing some tendonitis in my left foot, I did few mid-week miles. Still, I managed 32+ miles for the week - not bad.

And now, after 19 weeks, I'm finally in taper mode. YES!

Week 19 training recap:
Sunday: 10.36 miles
Monday: spin class
Tuesday: bike 6 miles
Wednesday: 2.1 miles
Thursday: rest day
Friday: 20.03 miles
Saturday: tourist walkin'
Week 19 Total: 32.49 miles
