Game-day recipe contest

So my friend from back in my KOIN days wanted me to know about this fun contest she's working on.

The Game Day Chef Challenge is a chance for football fans and foodies from Oregon, Washington, Arizona and California to win tickets to college and NFL games, a Duck game, the Rose Bowl and $25000 in gas!

All you have to do is submit a favorite game day recipe by Sept. 30 (click HERE for more info). The key is that one ingredient has to come from a Chevron mart (the prize is gas, right?!)

Five regional winners will be selected to have a cook-off before the Duck game on Nov. 1. They get to go to the game, too. A panel of celebrity judges will select the winner, who will get to go to the grand finale cook-off at the Rose Bowl. And they also get to go to the Rose Bowl game!

Rebecca says Oregon has the fewest entries so far... so this could be your big chance :)
