Triple sweat

I started my Wednesday with an 11-mile bike ride with Dad. We hit the road at 6 a.m., testing our new lights in the morning darkness. (They worked great!)
After work, Julie wanted to de-stress from the first day of classes with a run. She joined me on my workout of run 1 minute, run 2 minutes - 10 times. The 3 miles were the most my injured teacher friend has done in a while - woohoo!!
Our run went a little long and traffic was a bear, so Brad and I missed our planned 5 p.m. kickboxing class with Brittany and Lindsey. Instead, we did some chores at home, then went to the 7 p.m. class taught by Jennifer.
It was a day full of sweaty fun with friends and family :)
