Kickboxing

When Jazmin shared that she used to do martial arts and MMA, I invited her to check out my kickboxing gym. She joined me and Lindsey last night at our weekly class at Fierce Fitness.

It was obvious that Jazmin knows her stuff - her punches looked great! We all worked hard and got really sweaty - a great workout! Then we went to nearby Laughing Planet for some refueling :)
