After a week spent mostly in bed with a low-grade fever and a juicy cough, I broke out my running shoes last night.
At dusk, Brad and I set out for just 3 (hot!) miles around the 'hood. It felt good to move and get fresh air, even if it was slow. And I still feel "good" this morning.
I plan to take it slow and see how I feel this week. Not sure what I'll do about Saturday's race.
