I'm now in Phase 3 of my half marathon training!
After a short post-work nap, I jumped on the treadmill last night for 4.75 sweaty miles. (WHY is it 82 degrees in October?!?!)
These Jack Daniels workouts are complicated, so I have to write them down. This is the first one of the week:
After the long tempo runs of Phase 2, this one felt easy! We'll see if I'm still saying that in a couple weeks :)
