
I planned to do my normal 1600m repeats but ended up running a lot faster than I could maintain for 1 mile at a time. I decided to do 800m repeats instead.
Here are my average speeds for each 800:

Then I ran home with a little winding through the neighborhoods. I ended up doing 5.51 miles in 54:31, a 9:54-minute mile average overall.

AND... I've now run 483.69 miles... just 16.31 miles to go to reach my goal!!! :)
