Adventure Thursday: Tryon

I'm done with work for the summer!!! And Dad's back is healing nicely!!! So it was time for a little Adventure Thursday action.

We went to nearby Tryon State Park for about 3 miles of hiking. I could tell Dad really wanted to run on parts, but that will have to wait a few more months. Too much jarring could undo the good work Dr. Rohrer did.

Still, it was good to get out and move on this almost-summer day.

Dad's three-month checkup is coming soon. Hopefully he'll be cleared for more activity, including biking outside!
