Brrr!

I could have wussed out and run my 3 miles on the treadmill this morning. But I was feeling brave, so I bundled up and ran outside in the cold, sun and wind.

Brad was getting ready to do his speedwork on the treadmill and was sporting his new fuzzy slippers with his running shorts:

My run was supposed to be easy, and I felt great! It was a good run.

I ended up going long (3.75 miles). And I was a little faster than I'd planned (9:47 average), but it felt comfortable the whole time.

The Christmas decorations are down, but D.B., all ready for the winter chill, greeted me when I arrived home:
