Marathon training: Weeks 13 and 14

Despite all the sadness around our house these past couple weeks, I stayed on track with my marathon training. Some things got rearranged, but I got it done!

Week 14 training recap:
Sunday: 14.0 miles
Monday: spin class
Tuesday: strength training
Wednesday: 2.36 miles
Thursday: strength training
Friday: 10.07 miles
Saturday: rest day
Week 14 Total: 26.43 miles


Week 13 training recap:
Sunday: hilly hike
Monday: strength training
Tuesday: 4.37 miles
Wednesday: strength training
Thursday: 3.6 miles
Friday: rest day
Saturday: 3.8-mile walk
Week 13 Total: 7.97 miles
