To the farm we go!
I was lucky enough to tag along this week when our CEC kids went to a pumpkin patch. It was a bit damp and cool, but that didn't stop us from exploring Tualatin's Lee Farms. We posed for pictures, ran through the hay maze, ate fresh doughnuts and picked out strange-looking gourds.
We also learned about horses, ponies, chickens, pigs and cows. Kryistal caught a chicken! Holding the little chicks was a highlight:
