Started my holiday with a little brick workout.
Connie was kind enough to come on our day off and lead a spin class this morning. Yippee!!
I worked my tail off for about 60 minutes and then drove to Eryn's house and did a short run with her.We ran for 15, walked 1 and then ran another 15 minutes. 2.74 miles in 31.37.
The run was nice and slow, but starting out was a little rough. It didn't help that it's freezing outside with snow on the ground. But soon I was feeling pretty good.
Now on with my day :)
