My return to speed

I donned my best outfit for my return to speedwork:
 
After working for months on increasing my distance, it's time to get back to work on my speed. I have a couple half marathons on the horizon, and I'd love to hit the 2-hour mark. (current PR is 2:06)

So I'm again following the Hal Higdon plan. First up: 5 x 400s at 5K pace. I got to work this morning in my super-heated, East-facing garage and did 3.31 miles.
Talk about a sweat fest! I should have gotten up much earlier.
 I'm excited to see what I can do this time around :)
