After two rounds of the stomach flu and lots of "life" getting in the way, I am back in the workout saddle! I made it to spin class today, and considering it was my first workout in a week, I did just fine.
I also just signed up with Eryn and Mom for the Hippie Chick Quarter Marathon on Mother's Day 2011. YAY! Any ladies out there want to join us?? (There's also a half-marathon option)
