The week before school starts is full of meetings and breakfasts and planning and paperwork and team bonding. We decided to use our free lunch hour last Thursday for a little CE2 team bonding of our own.
Jo and Sue joined me at the noon women-only kickboxing class at Fierce Fitness! (We would have made Tony come, too, if men were allowed!)
Neither had done kickboxing before, but they are both athletic and in good shape and picked it up easily. Well, kickboxing isn't ever easy, but you know what I mean.
We were tired and sweaty after that workout led by THS grad Brittany:
They did so well, and we had lots of sweaty fun! I wish we could do that every week :)
