I'm trying to focus on the happy things. Stay positive. You've heard it before and it's SO true: The only thing you can control is your own attitude. And it helps me to actively seeking them out and name them.
So here are a couple things I am happy about today (certainly there are MANY more good things... these are just coming to mind now):
* I decided on my February race: the Heart Breaker 5K. Join me :)
* A running blogger that I just discovered on the World Wide Web just left a comment on my blog!
* It's raining.
* I found the missing stapler in my classroom.
* I have a garlic veggie pizza waiting at home for me.
* Tomorrow's Friday.
Can I get an "amen"???
