Anyone else still feeling the effects of eating way too much on Super Bowl Sunday?
I think it was the Dr. Shasta that did me in. I know I shouldn't drink pop... but I was weak. I hope my tummy gets back to normal (whatever that is!) soon.
My Monday consisted of a very hectic day at work and then a butt-kicking spin class. A quick trip to Winco and then sitting on the couch with my book. I am so lazy.
What will No-TV Tuesday bring? I'm guessing a lot more of the same, minus the spin class. It's my rest day :)
