Being physically active is very important to me. It's good for my body and mind. While I'm on summer break, I don't have much excuse to skip a workout - so I decided to see if I can get out and sweat every day during my time off!

Wednesday - first day of break! 4.1-mile run in my new Hokas:

Friday - My calves are killing me after my stadiums. Plus I was in a conference ALL DAY. So I did a 50-minute shakeout on the bike with Say Yes to the Dress!
Saturday - Conference, Day 2. Just had time and energy for a short walk by the river after lunch:
