After last weekend's disastrous long run, I went out Sunday morning before church with loose expectations, determined to take it slow, easy and enjoyable.I wore compression on my trouble leg (which is improving, I think!) and my brand-new Kinvaras:
I felt really slow and ploddish, but my pace wasn't too bad. I did 7 miles at a 9:43 average and felt much better than last weekend.
I have the Vancouver USA Half Marathon next weekend and the EPIC Relay the weekend after. Hoping to survive and have a little fun in the process :)
