Disneyland: Day 4

(Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Race)

Instead of going to the park first thing Sunday morning with the kiddos, Dad, Luann, Lynn and I got up early and drove the short distance to Long Beach to run/walk a 5K/10K.

The Race with a View was really fun, as were our adventures with free stuff, parking tickets and Maseratis :)
We weren't performing until the 4 p.m. parade in Disneyland, so I took advantage of the down time to clean up from the race, blog a bit, read and nap.
Here come the Tigerettes!
And the band!
They had a great time marching right through Disneyland.

A Puyallup, Wash., band followed us:
I needed food, so I returned to the Jolly Holiday for another grilled cheese and tomato-basil soup. Because it was a down time for eating, the sandwich wasn't fresh like Friday night. So it was good, but not excellent.
Potty break (love the themed bathrooms!):
Haunted Mansion:
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh:
Shopping for sweets:
Eryn and I had to try the chocolate/caramel pretzels they make right there:
Yum!
Tarzan's Treehouse:
In the Tiki, Tiki, Tiki, Tiki Room:
The brand-new Little Mermaid:
Beautiful sunset:
The place where the Maliboomer used to be... why did they take out my favorite ride?? :(
We call Jumpin' Jellyfish the "Baby Boomer" because it's basically the kiddie version of the Maliboomer.:
First me and Eryn:
Then we went again with the whole fam:
Dinner:
Shrimp Louie and Hot Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding:
Friends came by with Fast Passes for Tower of Terror, so we all went:
Laurie had two more, so it was one more ride before going back to the hotel. We rode with new friends we made in line. It was their first time, and they loved it as much as we do:
Another great, casual day. But ready to be home :)
