** Thursday - 60 minutes aquajogging with Eryn:
** Friday - 3.5 miles on the 'mill in my finest outfit:
and 30 minutes of intervals on the bike:
** Saturday - 20 miles with Dad and Brad:
** Sunday - 3.5-mile run before church:
One more week until I head back to work... let's make it a good one!
