No. 34

No. 34 was Sign of Foul Play by Penny Warner, same author as No. 33 with the same deaf amateur sleuth. 

I love this kind of mystery, but they are definitely silly and formula. In this book, the main character keeps getting attacked and harassed by the killer, but she doesn't report it to the police or tell her boyfriend. That was annoying. If someone tried to bury me alive, I'd be telling everyone :)
